CYCLES
OF NATURE

Our connection to nature is innate

Understanding the patterns and cycles of nature‘s elements brings awareness of the patterns and cycles in human nature and behavior.

By living in accordance with our internal and organic rhythms and currents, we can experience nature in our physical body through the senses, and visualize the energies we need to balance and develop at a particular time and situation of our life.

INNER MAP

Our key to self-awareness

THE INNER MAP is a concept I developed throughout my practice.

Self-exploration using ancient knowledge and modern techniques introduces you to your behavioral mechanisms, subconscious habits, and limiting beliefs while opening your consciousness to your possibilities.

Revealing clues about your deep self, we work on the space where and in which the change can happen, in a way that more closely reflects your unique nature.

INTUITIVE DIALOGUE

Our inner language

Your thought system, inner language and reaction pattern, can orient us towards the change you seek.

During each session, the intuitive dialogue acts as an interactive and participative conversation, revealing current issues in the here and now, and focusing on significant points from your inner map as they become ready to come to light.

COMING HOME TO THE BODY

Our body engagement

During the physical part of the work, you release the stored physiological memories accumulated from past experiences, improving awareness of your current state, feeling more relaxed, balanced and at ease within your body.

Dance and music connect you to yourself as an instinctive natural and organic force. While the rhythm and the sound gently ground you to the present moment, you experiment emotions through physical sensations, a new way to perceive and communicate.

“Whether you’re sliding the sole of your foot along the floor, stretching your back into space, standing still or whatever, you and your body have to come across as one”.

My method channels the skills acquired during my career as a mathematician, consultant and project manager, and aligns with my passion and lifetime research: Understanding and experiencing the world through archetypes and symbols, integrating ancient knowledge with modern techniques, connecting and resonating with the essence through dance and movement.

In my practice I use Traditional Western Astrology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Taiji-Juan and Qiqong, as well as Butoh, West African Dance and Music and Argentinian Tango.
