Designed especially for women, these gatherings honour the strength and grace of the feminine through an Eastern-inspired approach. They provide a sacred space to recharge, find grounding, and celebrate in community. The program weaves together expressive dance and movement, healing rituals, evocative poetry, ancient mantras, and moments of sharing—offering support, reconnection, and renewed inspiration in every meeting.
WEST AFRICAN DANCE CLASSES ON LIVE PERCUSSIONS
West African dancing to live percussions raises our spirits and opens our hearts. Flowing with the drums, we start to let go, opening channels between the body, the mind and the energy around us, receiving and transmitting joy. Hearing and dancing the rhythm within, we feel light and at the same time rooted, aligned, absorbing energy from both the sky and the earth, expanding our body in space, manifesting our presence with grace.
REGULAR CLASSES
Regular Qi gong weekly classes with the Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Shiatsu et de Pratiques Asiatiques in Luxembourg.
COUPLES
TANGO THERAPY FOR COUPLES
This dance session is a playful yet grounded approach to discover your couple dynamic through synchronized movement. If you wish to develop a more intimate, solid, awakened, aware, communion-oriented relationship, your steps will bring you closer, while empowering you to take your right place and space inside the couple. It is not a technical lesson to learn the Tango steps, but rather an opening to feel, re-discover and re-encounter one another. You will:
- Revisit the pleasure of simple physical contact
- Have fun playing together
- Connect on an emotional level
- Enhance the balance and the fluidity in your interactions
“Two people who are not looking at one another, but rather looking together in the same direction”, where rhythm and music create the meeting space.
